Michelle Monier is an experienced marketing and communications professional with a strong background in public information and media production. Currently serving as a Marketing and Communications Analyst II at the City of Roseville since December 2021, Michelle previously worked as a Public Information Specialist II/Corporate Communications at SMUD from July 2016 to December 2021. Prior roles include Communications Specialist at Kaiser Permanente, Marketing Communications Specialist at Nolte Associates, and Media Specialist with the California Tobacco Control Program and Catholic Healthcare West. Michelle also has significant experience in television production, having held positions as Producer for KVIE Public Television's Central Valley Chronicles and News Producer at KCPQ Television, along with producing at KOVR 13 News Television. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
