Kavitha Tumkur is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in systems analysis and database administration. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSAgov) since 2022, Kavitha previously held the position of Sr. Systems Analyst/Project Leader at the City of Rockville from May 2012. Prior experience includes working as a DBA/IT Specialist at Montgomery County Government, where Kavitha developed end-to-end software solutions for the Department of Environmental Protection, and as a Sr. Software Engineer at DefyWire, focusing on mobile application development. Kavitha holds a Master of Computer Applications degree in Computer Science from Thiagarajar College of Engineering, completed between 1993 and 1996.
