Chad Morris currently serves as Police Captain for the City of Rocklin since December 2023, previously holding various leadership roles as Police Lieutenant for the City of Citrus Heights from August 2008 to December 2023, overseeing professional standards, training, and special operations. In addition to extensive law enforcement experience, including investigations in high-tech crimes and homicide, Chad played significant roles in community-oriented policing and program management within the police department. Chad also has an extensive background in business, having served as President & CEO of CM Home Loans, Inc. and CM Property Management, alongside leadership roles in The Bean Bag and previous positions at UPS and AgraQuest. Chad's educational credentials include an MBA from West Texas A&M University, a Master of Science in Law Enforcement & Public Safety Leadership from the University of San Diego, and a CFP designation in Financial Planning.
