Travis Hoover is a seasoned civil engineer with over 24 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as the City Engineer for the City of Riverside, Missouri since January 2010, Travis Hoover previously held the role of Engineer/Construction Manager at Cook Flatt & Strobel Engineers, P.A. from May 1999 to January 2010. Travis Hoover holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering, earned from the University of Missouri-Columbia (1994-1999) and the University of Missouri-Kansas City (1997-1999).
