Jennifer Rickets is an experienced professional in economic development, marketing, and outreach, currently serving as an Analyst 3 for the City of Ridgecrest since April 2023. In this mid-management role, Jennifer reports directly to the City Manager and focuses on recruiting for economic development, digital marketing, community events, and city communications. Prior experience includes roles such as Designer and Owner at Impresserie, Communications Specialist at AltaOne Federal Credit Union, Customer Service Representative and Brand Manager at Gary Charlon State Farm, and Graphic Designer at various companies. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design: Media Arts from California State University, Chico, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential in English from the same institution.
