Colette Mullins currently serves as a Police Officer for the City of Richmond since May 2019. Prior to this role, Colette held multiple positions in the field of sports, including Assistant Women's Basketball Coach and Director of Operations for Women's Basketball at Eastern Kentucky University, where responsibilities included student-athlete recruitment, academic counseling, and event management. Colette also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member, teaching courses in coaching and sport marketing at both Eastern Kentucky University and Midway University. Colette holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, as well as a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management, all from Eastern Kentucky University.
