Cerise Lau, CPHR, is a skilled Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR capacities. Currently serving as a Human Resources Advisor for the City of Richmond since July 2021, Cerise previously worked at FortisBC as a Talent Development focused Talent Acquisition Associate from January 2020 to July 2021. Prior to that role, Cerise gained a wealth of experience at Vancity over four years in multiple positions, including Senior Executive Assistant to the Chief Human Resources Officer and Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on Indigenous Recruitment. Cerise's career also includes managerial roles at Lancôme and Shoppers Drug Mart. An educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Kwantlen Polytechnic University and a Diploma in Global Fashion/Apparel Design from The Art Institute of Vancouver.
