Brittany Bartlett, M.Ed, serves as the Equity Coordinator for the City of Richfield since July 2023. Prior experience includes various teaching roles at Minneapolis Public Schools from January 2018 to July 2023, encompassing positions as a 1st and 2nd Grade Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, and 1st Grade Teacher. Brittany has also held roles such as Summer Discovery Coordinator at Shoreview Parks and Recreation, Kindergarten Teacher and Second Grade Co-Teacher at Harvest Preparatory, and Teacher Candidate at Clara Barton Open School. During earlier career stages, Brittany contributed as an Associate Teacher at Bright Horizons, Children's Mental Health Assistant at the University of Minnesota Extension, a Nanny, and an Autism Support Services Practitioner at St. David's Center for Child & Family Development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education from the University of Minnesota, with prior studies at Indiana University and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
