Sharmila Bagchi is a Senior Systems Analyst at the City of Reno, where responsibilities include database administration work on Oracle and SQL databases for public safety and financial systems since January 2002. Prior experience includes roles as a Systems Analyst developing and troubleshooting codes, a Programmer Analyst for the Eldorado Hotel Casino's Management Information Services, and a Programmer at Harrah's Entertainment, where code development for casino management systems was key. Sharmila Bagchi holds an MS in Hydrology and Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada, Reno, a BS in Computer Engineering from Saint Louis University, and has completed undergraduate courses in Computer Science and Biology at Ohio State University.
