Julia Meder is the Director of Sertoma Arts Center at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government, overseeing daily activities, educational programming, and facility management since November 2013. Meder has a robust background in arts administration with experience as an Art Consultant at Durham Performing Arts Center and various roles within the Town of Holly Springs, including Marketing and Special Events Manager. Meder is dedicated to creating inclusive arts programming, evidenced by the founding of the Learning Community for Universal Access in the Arts. Meder holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multidisciplinary Studies with a focus on Journalism and Public Relations from North Carolina State University.
