Jason Waters is an experienced Maintenance and Operations Manager at the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since July 2008, and previously served as Quality Assurance Manager. Waters has successfully identified and implemented process changes that enhanced operational efficiency, presenting findings through detailed business case analyses. In the role of Program Head, Waters manages bio-solids handling at the Neuse River Waste Water Treatment Plant, overseeing a 1500-acre land operation and multiple distribution contracts, while ensuring regulatory compliance for reclaimed water infrastructure. Prior experience includes serving as Utilities Supervisor from March 2002 to July 2008, managing the daily activities of the Land Management Program. Waters holds a Bachelor of Science in Leadership in the Public Sector from North Carolina State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Wake Technical Community College.
