Andrew Hester is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in managing enterprise infrastructure and supporting complex technological initiatives. Serving as the Enterprise IT Infrastructure Manager for the City of Raleigh Municipal Government since October 2019, Andrew previously held roles such as Infrastructure & Data Center Manager for the City of Durham and IT Operations Manager for the Jackson Madison County School System, where leadership of a team of 12 IT professionals was key to enhancing educational technology. Andrew's expertise includes managing significant projects like a major Cisco network upgrade and extensive experience with various enterprise applications and IT systems at Volvo Penta.
