Jeff Kostechka, PE, ENV SP, currently serves as the Assistant City Engineer for the City of Port Townsend, a position held since January 2023, where responsibilities include managing the engineering department, overseeing capital projects, and coordinating development reviews with WSDOT. Prior experience includes work as Engineer III for Clark County WA from January 2015 to January 2023, focusing on road and stormwater design and grant applications. Past roles encompass positions as Staff Engineer and Civil Designer at PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc. and as Civil Designer II at Murray, Smith & Associates, Inc., among others, with early experience as a Geotechnical Intern and Transportation Intern. Jeff Kostechka is pursuing a Master's degree in Sustainable Transportation at the University of Washington, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Portland.
