Stephen Judd is a seasoned professional in civil engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Infrastructure Engineering Services for the City of Port Moody since November 2017. Prior to this role, Stephen held the position of Manager of Infrastructure Development at the City of Maple Ridge from February 2010 to November 2017 and worked as an Assistant Utility Engineer for the City of New Westminster between January 2007 and February 2010. Stephen's educational background includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan (1998-2002) and a Civil Technology diploma from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (1994-1996).
