James Knowles has extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving as a Law Enforcement Officer, Field Training Officer, and member of the Special Response Team with the City of Port Arthur since 2016. Prior to this role, James worked as an HR/HSE Manager at Team Fabricators LLC from 2013 to 2016 and served as an Automotive Refinisher at VIN'S PAINT AND BODY, INC. from 2005 to 2013. James has pursued education at Lamar Institute of Technology and Odessa College, contributing to a diverse professional background.
