Emily Payne is a skilled professional with a diverse background in community service, human resources, and educational support. Currently serving as a Community Service Officer for the City of Plymouth since September 2021, Emily's experience also includes a long-standing role in the Army National Guard focused on human resources since February 2015. Previous positions include Customer Service Associate at TEKsystems, Teachers Assistant at Next Steps Learning Center, and Paraprofessional at Magnifying Abilities. Emily Payne graduated from Chaska High School in 2015.
