Deb Gross

Council Member at City of Pittsburgh

Deb Gross is currently a Council Member at the City of Pittsburgh. Prior to that, they were the Executive Director of the Greater Pittsburgh Arts Alliance, the Manager of Business Development for the Community Loan Fund of Southwestern Pennsylvania, and an Assistant to the Editor for Duke University Law & Society Review.

Ms. Gross has also been involved in microfinance research and has created a bibliography of microfinance research as well as an electronic catalogue of findings and papers for an international conference on microfinance and international economic development.

In addition, Ms. Gross is a co-founder and owner of Pecolater, a business that is involved in community development, program administration, special event planning, project management, and fundraising.

Deb Gross received their Master's degree in Sociology from Duke University. Deb also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Florida, as well as a Graduate Certificate in Women's Studies from Duke University.
