Heather Maynard has extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the City Manager and Risk Manager for the City of Pickerington since April 2015, Heather previously worked as an Area Coordinator at Securitas and as an Account Manager at Ohio Insurance Services Incorporated, where responsibilities included client relationship management and sales presentations. With a significant background at Nationwide Insurance Company and Nationwide Health Plans, Heather held various positions including Financial Examiner, Administration Supervisor III, and Claims Supervisor III, demonstrating skills in account reconciliation, team supervision, performance management, and customer service. Heather's comprehensive education includes studies at The Ohio State University and specialized training in insurance at Southeast Career Center.
