Michael Zaccagni, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the HR Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for the City of Philadelphia since April 2006, holding various leadership roles including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff in the Office of Transportation & Infrastructure Systems. Prior to this, Michael Zaccagni was the First Deputy Revenue Commissioner and Deputy Streets Commissioner. Additionally, Michael Zaccagni has been an Adjunct Instructor at Chestnut Hill College since January 1990 and at the Fox School of Business at Temple University since September 2008. Michael Zaccagni earned an MBA from Saint Joseph's University and has educational credentials from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania.
