Joshua Stein currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer for the City of Philadelphia, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Joshua held various legal positions in Montgomery County, PA, including County Solicitor from January 2019 to January 2024 and First Assistant Deputy Solicitor from February 2012 to January 2024. Joshua's early career included serving as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Philadelphia Law Department from August 2002 to February 2012. Joshua earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law between 1999 and 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Broadcasting, Telecommunications, and Mass Media from Temple University from 1994 to 1999.
