Doreen Morris currently serves as the Commissioner for the Mayor’s Office of Women Engagement in Philadelphia, advocating for policies that promote social justice, health and wellness, economic opportunities, and gender equity. Prior to this role, Doreen held several positions at ICF, including Child Welfare Facility Auditor and Senior Associate, where responsibilities encompassed auditing congregate care facilities and ensuring compliance with child welfare regulations. Doreen's career includes roles as a Consultant Manager and Project Administrator at JBS International, Family Resource Specialist at the Latin American Youth Center, and Marketing Manager at the Autism Society of America, among others. Doreen holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from American Public University, a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Cincinnati, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Morgan State University.
