Larry Foos has an extensive background in the field of Parks and Recreation, having held leadership positions at various cities including Wichita, Missouri City, Cedar Hill, Hutto, and Taylor. Currently, Larry works at the City of Pflugerville, Texas as the Parks Project Manager and Business Operations Supervisor. Prior to that, Larry served as a Special Education Teacher at Round Rock ISD.
