Lupe Gomez-Barrera, MBA, currently serves as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Perris since June 2021 and as a Sr. Case Manager at Kaiser Permanente since April 2018. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Lupe has been the Director of the Association of Professionals & Students since November 2004, focusing on recruitment, branding, and event coordination. Previous roles include Administrative Analyst II at the County of Riverside from March 2016 to March 2018, where responsibilities spanned multiple departmental units, and providing administrative support for the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services from March 2009 to March 2017. Lupe holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside.
