Martin Potter is an experienced urban planner with a career spanning over a decade in various planning roles. Currently serving as a Principal Planner for the City of Pasadena since February 2015, Martin has progressed through multiple positions including Senior Planner, Planner, and Associate Planner. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Planner, Planning Technician, Administrative Analyst I, and Planning Division Intern with the City of Burbank from October 2009 to January 2015, as well as a Planning Division Intern at the City of Lancaster. Martin's foundational experience includes working as a Typewell Captionist at California State University, Northridge, providing real-time captioning for deaf and hard of hearing individuals. Martin holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies and Planning from California State University, Northridge, and a high school diploma from John Burroughs High School.
