Anthony Zampedro currently holds the position of Assistant City Manager for the City of Painesville, a role commenced in 2022. Previously, Zampedro served as Assistant City Manager and Deputy Safety Director for the City of Mentor, Ohio, from 2006 to 2022, where substantial management and administrative experience in municipal operations was developed. Earlier career roles include Chief Assistant Law Director for the City of Parma, Law Director and Assistant to the City Manager for the City of Conneaut, and Assistant Prosecutor for the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor's Office. Zampedro's academic credentials include a Masters of Public Administration from Cleveland State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Toledo.
