James Fischer has extensive experience in operations management, particularly in the foodservice and concessions industry, having held senior roles at notable organizations such as the Miami Dolphins, Kansas City Chiefs, and various stadiums. Currently serving as a Community Center Attendant for the City of Overland Park since February 2019, James also contributed as a volunteer at the Veterans Community Project from October 2019 to May 2020, focusing on ending veteran homelessness in Kansas City. Previous consulting work includes advising on the establishment of the Kansas City Automotive Museum and setting up point-of-sale systems. James possesses a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
