Cheryl Carner has extensive experience as a Work Management Systems Administrator at the City of Overland Park since 1983, where responsibilities include program management and database administration for the Public Works asset management system. Prior to this role, Cheryl served as a secretary at Diebold Incorporated from May 1974 to April 1983. Cheryl's educational background includes studies at Johnson County Community College, Shawnee Mission West High School (1972-1974), and The University of Kansas, where a certification as a Certified Public Manager was obtained.
