Gabrielle Hayes is a highly experienced civil engineer currently serving as a Senior Civil Engineer in the Traffic Division for the City of Orange, California since February 2018. Prior to this role, Gabrielle held the position of Associate Civil Engineer in Development Services within the same city. Previous experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Jacobs from January 2016 to February 2018, and at J.L Patterson & Associates, Inc. from January 2010 to December 2015. Gabrielle began a career in civil engineering as a Civil Engineering Intern for the City of Kent, Washington from May 2007 to December 2009. Gabrielle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2010.
