Todd Garwick, PE, currently serves as the Director of Utilities for the City of Obetz since August 2020. Prior to this role, Todd was a Utility Engineer for the City of Dublin, Ohio from February 2008 to August 2020, where responsibilities included managing various Capital Improvement Projects, such as the Annual Stormwater Maintenance Program and multiple sanitary sewer and water distribution projects. Todd's earlier experience includes serving as a Project Manager at Evans, Mechwart, Hambleton & Tilton, Inc. from July 1996 to February 2008. Todd earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The Ohio State University, completing studies from 1989 to 1996, and holds a High School Diploma from Troy High School, obtained in 1989.
