Justin Fischer is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Treasury Director - Corporate Finance at Adient since February 2019, following a trajectory that includes roles such as Senior Treasury Manager and Senior Manager - Global FP&A. Parallel to this role, Justin has been a City Council Member for the City of Novi, Michigan since November 2019, participating in various committees such as the Capital Improvement Program and the Ordinance Review Committee. Prior experience includes significant positions at Ford Motor Company, where Justin excelled in Investor Relations and various finance-related capacities over nearly 13 years. Additionally, Justin has held multiple civic roles, including Treasurer of the Novi Parks Foundation and Chairman of the Zoning Board of Appeals. An alumnus of Michigan State University, Justin holds both an MBA and a BA in Finance.
