Jan Ziozios is an experienced professional in the field of property appraisal and assessment, currently serving as the Deputy Assessor for the City of Novi, Michigan since January 2018. Prior to this role, Ziozios held the position of Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, providing valuation and advisory services for commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties from April 2010 to January 2018.
