Dave Dismondy is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial mortgage banking. Currently serving as Managing Director at District Capital, LLC since January 2019, Dave has underwritten and originated over a billion dollars in commercial real estate loans. Concurrently, Dave fulfills the role of Planning Commissioner for the City of Novi, Michigan, since July 2020, reviewing proposed developments for compliance with zoning regulations. Prior experience includes a decade as Senior Vice President at Bernard Financial Group, where Dave was involved in hundreds of millions of dollars in loan transactions, and a position as Mortgage Banker at Equity Funding Inc. Dave holds a Finance degree from Michigan State University's Eli Broad College of Business.
