Holly Phillips is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in engineering roles. Since January 2017, Holly has been contributing to the City of Northport as a Staff Engineer and previously as an Engineering Technician. Prior to this, Holly gained valuable experience at TTL, Inc. from May 2011 to December 2016, serving as a Staff Professional and beginning as a Cooperative Education Student. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Alabama, earned between 2008 and 2012.
