Glenn Belton has a comprehensive background in programming and analysis, currently serving as Programmer Analyst V for the City of Norfolk since May 2014. Prior roles at the City of Norfolk include Programmer Analyst III and Senior Microcomputer System Analyst from 2005 to 2014. Glenn Belton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections and a Master's degree in Communications and Computer Science, both from Columbia University.
