Jillian Fetters is a dedicated police officer with extensive experience in law enforcement, currently serving with the City of Noblesville since January 2019, and previously with Parkview Health from June 2015 to December 2019. Jillian holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Huntington University, a Master of Science in Communication and Media Studies from Purdue University, and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Arts in Leadership and Followership Studies at Indiana Wesleyan University, expected to graduate in July 2026.
