Skylar Reed is an Environmental Engineer II with extensive experience in environmental investigations, process improvement projects, and compliance with EPA standards. Currently at the City of Newark since November 2020, Skylar has led initiatives such as the Water Conservation Project and conducted numerous audits to ensure health, safety, and quality standards. Prior experience includes roles at TTM Technologies, where Skylar worked as a Treatment Technician and Environmental Chemist, and at Potomac Research Center, focusing on pharmaceutical contaminants in wastewater. Educational achievements include a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemistry from George Mason University and Seton Hall University.
