Janet Vivian, CPPB, NIGP-CPP, CPCP, is an experienced purchasing professional currently serving as the Purchasing Agent and Purchasing Card Administrator for the City of New Smyrna Beach since December 2020. In this role, Janet manages day-to-day operations within the Purchasing Division, oversees the competitive bid process, and provides customer service while managing city financial functions.
