Jennifer (Marley) Owen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, economic development, and hospitality. Currently serving as Program Coordinator for Economic Development at the City of Napa since May 2022, Jennifer has previously held various roles, including Hospitality Maven for Azur Wines and Membership Manager at Elusa Winery. Jennifer's career began at Fontanella Family Winery, where responsibilities expanded from Tasting Room Manager to Sales Director and Wine Club Manager over several years. Other notable positions include Creative Manager at WorldStrides, Freelance support at Jaggers Communications, and roles at WTJU-FM and the Charlottesville Area Community Foundation. Jennifer holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from Chapman University and has developed a diverse skill set across multiple industries.
