Bernie Narvaez is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in insurance, local government, and community service. As President and Insurance Advisor at Narvaez Insurance Services since 2008, Bernie leads a family-owned business in Napa Valley. Bernie has served as Councilman for the 4th District of Napa since December 2020 and holds the position of President at the Napa County Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Bernie is Chairman of the Napa County Veterans Commission, contributing to veterans' affairs since April 2018. Previous military service includes serving as an Infantryman in the United States Marine Corps from January 2004 to April 2011. Educational accomplishments include attendance at Napa Valley Junior College, Santa Rosa Junior College, and Sonoma Valley High School.
