Tonya currently serves as the General Manager for the City of Monterey and holds the position of Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Logistics Section Chief. With a strong focus on logistics, Tonya ensures smooth operations for telecommunications, transportation, supplies, facilities, and personnel. In their previous role at DoubleTree by Hilton, Tonya managed catering and convention services, group reservations, and front desk operations.
