Richard Castellon, MBA, serves as a Police Officer and Terrorism Liaison Officer for the City of Monterey since July 2022, having previously held the position of Deputy Sheriff with the County of Monterey and Police Officer roles in various law enforcement agencies. Richard has extensive military experience with the US Army, where responsibilities included CID Special Agent and Military Police Sergeant, along with various leadership roles. Educational achievements include a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice, all complemented by high school education in Computer Graphics.
