Patrick Crowley is a seasoned facilities management professional with extensive experience in public works and airport operations. Currently serving as Facility Manager and Building Administration for the City of Modesto since January 2019, Patrick Crowley establishes core maintenance programs to address building infrastructure needs and oversees parking operations and maintenance activities. Previously, Patrick Crowley had a distinguished 33-year career with the City of San José, specifically in airport management, where responsibilities included overseeing operational needs for the airport's Facilities and Engineering Division, managing engineering staff, and fulfilling the role of Acting Facilities Deputy Director. Patrick Crowley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University.
