Toni Hauser, CEM, currently serves as the Supervisor for Emergency Preparedness and Response at the City of Minneapolis, a position held since November 2020. Prior to this role, Toni worked as an Enterprise Command Center Analyst at Xcel Energy from June 2018 to November 2020 and held various roles including Senior Emergency Preparedness Specialist and Emergency Preparedness Specialist at the City of Minneapolis between October 2009 and December 2019. Experience also includes serving in the Minnesota Army National Guard as a CBRN NCO and Specialist from October 2009 to September 2015. Toni's professional background began as an Immigration Paralegal at R. Leo Pritschet Law Office from August 2007 to October 2009. Educational credentials encompass a Master’s degree in Emergency & Disaster Management from American Military University, a Bachelor’s degree in Women's Studies from Hamline University, and an Associate's degree in Addiction Counseling from Minneapolis College.
