Grace Palmer began their work experience as a Housing Coordinator at NorthPoint Health & Wellness Center in September 2018. Grace held this position until April 2019. In April 2019, they transitioned to a role as a Consultant at Digineer, where they worked until 2023. At Digineer, Grace served as a Consultant for four years. In April 2023, they joined the City of Minneapolis as a Legislative Business Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Grace Palmer, CSPO, completed their education at the University of Minnesota from 2015 to 2019. There, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Linguistics. In addition to their degree, Grace has obtained the certification of Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from the Scrum Alliance in February 2023.
