Allison Bell is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and environmental resources, currently serving as the Green Infrastructure Coordinator for the City of Minneapolis since October 2020. Prior to this role, Allison worked at HDR, Inc. as a Water Resources Engineer-in-Training from October 2016 to October 2020 and held the position of Commercial Sales Account Manager at Borgert Products, Inc. from 2013 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University of Colorado Boulder from August 2011 to December 2013. Allison holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Water Resources, Environmental Fluid Mechanics, and Hydrology from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math and Environmental Fluid Mechanics from Connecticut College.
