Kimberly Marshall serves as the Economic Development Director for the City of Medina since April 2011, overseeing the Economic Development Department and Medina City Development Corporation with a focus on business retention, growth, and community revitalization. Prior experience includes a role as a Business Service Representative in the Workforce & Talent Division at the Ohio Department of Development, where relationship development with businesses for workforce programs was key, and as an Account Executive at the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, promoting services and coordinating with workforce partners. Earlier career achievements involved administrative roles at the United States Department of Defense and Lockheed Martin, providing contract administration and support. Kimberly Marshall completed training with Leadership Medina County in 2015 and studied at the John Glenn College of Public Affairs at The Ohio State University.
