Craig Fruin has extensive experience in application services and systems analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Application Services and Continuous Improvement Coordinator at the City of Medicine Hat since September 2016. Prior to this role, Craig held various positions at Shaw Communications from January 2012 to September 2016, including System Delivery Lead and Technical Lead, where notable contributions included technical oversight for a Business Support System transformation program and establishing developer training sessions. Craig's career began at the City of Medicine Hat as a Systems Analyst from March 2002 to December 2011, focusing on system analysis, design, and the development of desktop applications. Craig holds a degree in Computer Systems Technology from Medicine Hat College.
