Willie Stewart Jr. is an experienced professional in the fields of recreation and athletics, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Recreation for the City of Mauldin since July 2012, where previous roles include Program & Athletics Coordinator and Assistant Program & Athletics Coordinator. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Varsity Football Coach and Paraprofessional at Greenville County Schools from August 2008 to November 2020, as well as working as a Customer Service Team Lead at Greenville County Rec from May 2008 to August 2012. Willie Stewart Jr. holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies from Carson-Newman University and completed a leadership enhancement program in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Facilities Management through SCRPA from January 2020 to December 2021.
