Zach Commons is an experienced Information Technology Project Manager at the City of Madison, WI, since May 2019, overseeing a range of IT projects and administering the ITSM and PPM system while managing departmental policy documentation. Previously, Zach worked as a Technical Writer, assisting in the development of IT policies and conducting research for the IT Director. Zach's earlier roles include Laboratory Technician at Schreiber Foods and Kitchen Staff at Wayne's Drive-In, along with serving as a Vehicle Detailer/Lot Manager at Newman Chevrolet. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, completed in 2020, and graduated with a High School Diploma from Cedarburg High School in 2016.
