Joe Kingston has over a decade of experience in public service management, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Gardens and Cleansing at the City of London Corporation since September 2011. In this role, Joe directs and monitors the Cleansing Service's performance while developing benchmarking and control systems. Joe's background also includes positions as a Business Development Manager, focusing on technological projects to enhance street cleansing and waste collection services, and as the Clean City Awards and Recycling Manager at the London Borough of Lewisham. Prior experience as a Waste Initiatives and Prevention Officer at Hyder Consulting further complements Joe's expertise in waste management, underpinned by a BSc in Geography from the University of Birmingham.
